Description
Children and caregivers are invited to join our monthly Family Fitness & Food Virtual Workshop. This month we’ll begin with a family-friendly interactive workout, where we’ll play with balance and coordination, followed by a demonstration of decadent yet outrageously healthy plant-powered brownies. Get everyone moving, gather some tips for bringing healthier eating into your home, and learn a new recipe your kids can help make -- and will love to eat!
This session is led by PPMNY volunteer Danielle Medina, a family fitness and yoga instructor, and PPMNY board member Vivian Davis, a certified Holistic Nutritionist. Registrants will receive a Zoom link on the day of the FREE EVENT.
